The only thing better than their pizzas is their customer service. They always greet you with smiles, regardless whether the owner has his head halfway in the oven or even on a Sunday night at 8pm. They have the highest quality customer service I’ve ever received.

Like many reviews here we were tempted to write something negative to get free food. All jokes aside, this is the best food my family and I have ever tasted and so well cooked. It's legendary and the ribs are SUPERB. everything is so fresh and hot. Could never forget this place. MOST DEFINITELY COMING BACK!!

The "young" staff here deserve 10 stars for their friendly and courtious service. Clearly the boss has trained them well. Not only do they make a really good pizza, they had the place running like a well oiled machine when I came to pick up my order. I have had many pizzas from here and will definately be back.

Updated-23/08/24 Flips personally reached out about wanting to correct the issues with the pizza, they were incredibly cooperative & I admire that they wanted to learn from the feedback given. Tonight we went back to retry the pizza as the owner offered to comp the meal The pizzas were delicious Chips were awesome 5/5 recommend flips and their owners are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
